The Association of Translators and Interpreters of BiH conducted the first BiH Language Industry Survey in 2025. It includes freelance and staff conference interpreters, translators, and court interpreters, but also language service companies, language service buyers, and students and universities. It provides a detailed insight into the language industry in BiH, the educational profile and needs of language professionals, working conditions, financial issues, and market trends and changes in business practice. The presentation will focus particularly on the findings related to conference interpreting and the outreach and CPD programme ATI BiH developed based on the survey findings.
